"Terrible customer support after purchase."
I bought a log saw bench from Arrow-UK. It took me some time to put it together, but once I was done, I found that the holes meant to line up for a pin to add extra strength didn’t really match. I reached out to Arrow for help, but got no reply. I checked back a couple of weeks later, and still, nothing. Their after-sales service is REALLY BAD. Steer clear of this company.

"Dog Crate for Audi Q5"
I ordered a dog crate that was advertised on their site as compatible with my 2016 Audi Q5. Sadly, it didn’t fit, and I later found out it’s only meant for cars with the non-standard ‘Rear Bench Seat Plus’ package. I reached out to customer support, and they set up an exchange for a smaller crate, which I appreciated. However, I wasn’t thrilled about having to cover the courier fees. Plus, I had to follow up with them to get the replacement crate sent out.

"Solid welding table at a fair price"
This welding table is tough and offers great bang for your buck. The instructions for putting it together are pretty useless, and even the pictures on the Arrows site depict a table that's put together wrong. However, since any skilled DIYer loves a good challenge, most folks will figure it out and get it assembled right eventually :-)

"Log clamps for my vintage setup..."
I got some log clamps to use with my old Workmate and chainsaw. They showed up the very next day. The quality is top-notch and heavy-duty, especially for the price. They fit my Workmate well and grip logs of different sizes really securely.

"Purchased a petrol woodchipper..."
I got myself a petrol woodchipper from this place, and it showed up in less than 48 hours after I placed my order. Putting the machine together was pretty straightforward, and it started up without any hassle. So far, the FM6DD model has been doing a fantastic job, and I’d definitely recommend it to others. For the price, the FM6DD is a great little machine, and honestly, I’ve got no issues with it. Just like others have mentioned, it could use a handle for easier moving, but apart from that, it works like a charm.

"Awesome Business"
Awesome business. Fantastic service. I made my order on a Saturday during a Bank Holiday, thinking there'd be a delay of a few days. I called them at 10am on Tuesday to let them know I'd be out of town by the end of the week, only to discover that my items had already been picked up by the courier and were set to arrive the very next day. Excellent product and superb service.

"Timberjack Log Lifter by Forest Master - 3 Ton Capacity"
Fantastic service! Delivery was super quick. If you're looking to pull out small to medium roots, this is just what you need. The jack is really sturdy and user-friendly.

However, I was a bit taken aback that there was no product or safety info from the manufacturer included, especially since it can be quite risky if you’re not familiar with using it. Since I only got the jack in the box, I had to spend some time on YouTube to learn the ins and outs of using this tool, which is why I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars.

"Impressive 8 Ton Electric Log Splitter"
This 8 ton hydraulic electric log splitter is really well made and quite a remarkable piece of engineering. I definitely suggest this product and the company behind it. It works great for what it’s designed to do. The delivery was quick and it was packed nicely. I honestly have no clue how the delivery guy got it out of the truck! You’ll need two people to lift it out of the box, and it’s a shame the wheels weren’t already attached to make that easier. But aside from that, it’s totally worth buying.

"Pet crate for my VW Golf didn’t show up..."
I ordered a pet crate for my VW Golf, but it didn’t make it here. After just one call to Arrow, they sent out another crate, and it showed up the next day. Gotta say, their customer service is top-notch!

"Reordered this crate after a previous good experience"
Since we had this crate made for our car previously from Arrow (through Amazon), we figured we’d stick with what we knew was reliable. This time, we went straight to Arrow and the crate showed up in less than two days. Fantastic service and a great product that not only ensures our dog’s safety during trips but also provides her a cozy spot to chill after a lively run.

"Great little wood chipper"
Arrived fast. This wood chipper is sturdy and simple to assemble. It starts up easily and performs nicely, just as the demo video demonstrates. The only bit of a hassle is filling it with oil due to the location of the hole.
